KTF10 is a very compact draw bench to process semi-finished tubes or bars having a maximum total length of 1 meter ready for turning or rolling, capable to ensure high quality standards and accuracy of the final product. Technologically advanced thanks to the use of top-level components and innovative design solutions covered by patent, the KTF10 kit has the truck carries pliers perfectly aligned with the hole of the drawn in order to eliminate any formation of bending effects on the metal structure. The speed of the traction is fix and the use of the bench is extremely simple by the use of a joystick placed on the control panel which allows the operator to manage all the steps of the process. The replacement of the jaws is very simple and is done through a system of fast anchorage. KTF10 is extremely compact with a total length of 2,3 meters and equipped with a tapering machine (APT30) to reduce the diameter of the tubes to be processed using an hydraulic pliers system. T R 9, N 3, N 12 and SQ 121 butt welders, especially designed for wire drawing mills for joining steel, brass, aluminium and copper rods, are recommended for non heavy duty applications. N 3, TR 9 and N 12 models are standard supplied with the annealing function and four wheel trolley, whilst SQ 121, equipped with an electronic welding control, can be also provided upon request with annealing function and trolley for easy manoeuvrability. Jaws opening and closing is by means of foot pedals in TR 9 only, whilst it is operated by manual levers in N 3, N 12 and SQ 121.
