MACHINE FOR MANUFACTURING WELDED WIRE RINGS from 150mm up to 1,200mm.

  • The model can produce rings from 150mm up to 1,200mm.

ROD CHAMFERING MACHINES

An entire series of chamfering machines are available directly from coil or magazine fed.  Single side or dual side chamfering.

Shown is a model for long lengths:

  • Working range : 1 to 4mm; length from 1m to 3m

  • Principle:  Automatic distribution from a magazine or angled plate.

  • Advantages: Fast tooling change, large variety of machining shapes according to the tooling design, precision chamfering

  • Design: Heavy welded frames to eliminate vibrations and stable production

  • Speed variation allows covering a wide range of diameters and material - stainless steel, titanium, zirconium, copper, etc.

AUTOMATIC WIRE STRAIGHTENING AND CUTTING MACHINES

​All automatic wire straightening and cutting machines have:

  • Five Cavity Rotary Arbors on perfectly centered mounts using the highest available quality bearings and direct V-Belt drives to minimize vibration and noise.  

  • Positive Stop-Gauge Rod Release Mechanism virtually eliminates stock from wedging while providing operators rapid, easy adjustment and set up. 

  • Edge sensing Proximity sensor target is coupled with proprietary pneumatically-controlled tripping mechanism, providing instantaneous activation of a synchronous clutch and cam cut-off system, minimizing dwell time on the shear and allowing for a precision cut within ±1/64". 

  • State-of-the-Art AC Inverter Drive simple operating variable speed drive can be changed during operation. 

  • Optional Variable Speed Shear for longer length of cut when clutchless cutting.

  • Easy Access Clam-Shell Guards.

AUTOMATIC WIRE CRIMPING MACHINES

A new generation of automatic wire crimping machines has recently been introduced.  Shown is the largest model suitable for wire diameters ranging from 1-12mm and maximum output of 30m/min.  A model from 1-6mm wire diameters with a maximum output of 45m/min. is also available.

 

All settings are entered on a touch screen.  The main shaft is driven by two independent upper and lower servomotors.  The advantage of this design is to assure maximum precision measurement resulting in the elimination of mechanical clearance.  The inverter control and accompanying motorized decoiler are interphased for automatic synchronization of crimping and wire feeding speeds.  Unlike the previous generation, now there is the ability to cut anywhere. 

 

The benefit of this is the elimination to additionally cut in a secondary operation resulting in minimizing material loss - extremely advantageous for flat top crimping.  The crimping wheels move up and down by means of servomotor.  Depth is adjustable in 1/100mm increments and can be recorded for future jobs.  The machine will stop when the preset crimped wire count is reached, when material runs out or problems; e.g. tangled wire.

SPIRAL WIRE FORMING MACHINES

The wires produced on this machine are primarily used for conveyor belts, fireplace mesh and other end products where wire spirals are required.

  • ​The spiral making tooling are positioned in two lines on one side, saving floor space and increasing operability.

  • The speed adjustable range is considerably widened by a combination of the 4 step gear shift transmission and variable speed adjuster.  A wide range of spiral sizes can be produced.

  • The number of spirals is controlled by the automatic counter.  Length of spiral cross wire is easily determined.

  • Three sets of clockwise-clockwise, clockwise-counterclockwise and counterclockwise-counterclockwise cross wires are available.  Changed by only switching the clutch.

  • The number of cross wires is determined by the automatic counter.  When the number reaches the preset limit, the machine stops automatically.

  • Sensors such as wire entanglement detectors guarantee safe operation.

CYLINDRICAL AND FLAT PANEL FILTRATION WIRE WRAP MACHINES

Shown is a wedge wire screen machine is designed for the manufacture of filters (slot screens) and covers a wide range from Ø 20 mm to Ø 110mm for lengths from 2 m to 3 m (standard version).

The filtration slot is 25 μ with triangular profiles ranging from (0.5 mm / 1.2 mm) with a rotundity defects less than 0.2 mm.
Depending on the certain conditions the speed can reach 345 RPM.

Besides cylindrical wrap machines we also supply flat wrap machines.

Note:  New generation of automatic wedge wire straightening and cutting machines are available. 

WIRE DRAWING MACHINES

This is a 12 steps wire drawing machine with a complete electronic management. It allows to work even very thin wires with diameters between 2 and 0.06 mm.

 

The movement is generated by a three-phase motor with high-performance gear transmission that drive a 12-groove reel; the wire being processed is constantly tensioned by means of an electronic clutch device.

 

The die holder unit is able to ensure perfect alignment of the wire entry hole with the drive and idle rollers; a cooling and lubrication system in a closed circuit ensure the dispersion of the temperature of the die-holder group and of the motorized reel during processing so as to minimize wear and collect waste materials.

 

This model is equipped with an electronic winder for winding the wire on constant torque reels.

RESISTANCE BUTT WELDERS FOR WIRE

Shown welder is designed for wire drawing mills for joining steel, brass, aluminum and copper rods and are recommended for non heavy duty applications.
N 12 model is standard supplied with the annealing function and four wheel trolley. Jaws opening and closing is fitted with lever operated jaws.
Upon request all models of this series can be supplied with a grinding wheel.

GALVANIZING LINES FOR WIRE, STRIP AND SMALL PARTS

Hot dip galvanizing lines for small and mass-produced parts with integrated galvanizing automatic machines for fully automatic hot dip galvanizing or for manual operation, hot dip galvanizing furnaces with ceramic pan or steel kettle.

The centerpiece is a three-arm handling system which automatically performs all handling operations from filling through to emptying of the baskets. It picks up the baskets and frames, dips them into the zinc bath, centrifuges them and takes them to the water bath for quenching. All operations from filling to emptying of the baskets are performed without manual intervention.

Draw benches to process tubes and bars with circular cross section or with complex profile, capable to ensure high quality standards and accuracy of the finished product.  Up to 30,000 kg.
